Chuck Nilosek
Chuck Nilosek has been with SHP Financial since 2003 as one of its founders. Currently he is a Senior Investment Representative on the wealth team and heads the marketing and community outreach initiatives as Vice President of Marketing. Chuck works with the Plymouth Council on Aging, Plymouth Area Community Television, Cranberry Hospice/Jordan Health Systems and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He recently completed his service as a board member for the Plymouth Council on Aging and has served as a board member for the philanthropic division of Cranberry Hospice for almost ten years. Under Chuck’s leadership, SHP Financial has become well known in New England for its Money Matters radio program, which has aired both locally and nationally since it began in 2009. SHP Financial prides itself on providing informative, entertaining and accessible radio programming. Chuck graduated magna cum laude from Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts in 1994, and received his MA from Boston University in 1996. He resides in Plymouth, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
Derek L. Gregoire (Owner/Senior Advisor)
Derek Gregoire has been with SHP Financial since 2003 as one of its founders. Currently he is a Senior Investment Representative on the wealth team and head of the Client Income Planning Committee. Derek works with the Plymouth Council on Aging, Cranberry Hospice/Jordan Health Systems, and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Derek is passionate about helping clients plan for their current and future income goals in a conservative manner. He graduated cum laude from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst and currently resides in Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
Matthew C. Peck (Owner/Senior Advisor)
Matthew and his wife Diana, currently reside in the Ashmont Hill section of Dorchester, not far from Savin Hill neighborhood where he grew up. He graduated from Boston Latin in 1996 and went on to graduate Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut in 2001 carrying a BA in History and English. Shortly thereafter, Matthew C. Peck began his career in the retirement field with Bankers Life & Casualty and in 2003 helped found Senior Health Partnership. During his career, he has earned the Certified Senior Adviser designation as well as other awards for his services with seniors. Currently, Mr. Peck is an active member of the Ashmont hill Civic Association and a lifetime member of the Community Friends Association which aids various causes along the South Shore.
Robert Mitchell (CEO)
Robert Mitchell is the CEO and Founder of Coastal Finance LLC. Over the past ten years Rob has ascended to a position of great respect and authority within the Mortgage Banking industry – he was named the Number 1 FHA-loan producer in New England for 2006 and 2007 by Mortgage Originator Magazine, and was recently recognized in the National Mortgage Professionals Magazine as “one of the 40 most influential mortgage professionals under 40”. Rob is particularly recognized for his work in the reverse mortgage arena. He has held Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) accreditation since 2005, and maintains an intimate knowledge of the social, health and financial issues of senior citizens. Rob also appears weekly as co-host and resident home-financing expert on the nationally syndicated radio show Money Matters with Barry Armstrong.

Keith Ellis (Owner/Senior Advisor)
Keith Ellis is a Senior Representative on the wealth team at SHP Financial. He heads all services, including conservative investment solutions. In this role, Keith oversees strategy and development for SHP Financial’s Client Services and Research Division. Keith works with the Plymouth Council on Aging, Plymouth Area Community Television, Cranberry Hospice/Jordan Health Systems and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Keith, who founded SHP Financial in 2003, is a member of SHP Financial’s Management Committee, the company’s most senior strategic and policy-making team. He was previously head of investment services for another institution where he was in charge of investment operations. Keith is actively involved with the Money Matters radio show, the Plymouth Council on Aging, and Cranberry Hospice. Keith received his Bachelor’s degree from Franklin Pierce University with honors, and lives in Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts with his wife and child.
