Hank has been anchoring the morning news on 96.9 Boston Talks since the station went on the air in 1999. He brings you the news headlines during the Imus in the Morning Show from 5-7 am every weekday morning and then joins Jim and Margery in-studio to talk about the hottest stories making headlines.

Hank counts John McCain, Joe Biden, Jack Welch, Carli Fiorina, Bob Sheiffer and David Halberstam among the most interesting guests he’s ever interviewed.

“It’s a great priveledge to bring the day’s latest news to the people of Boston everyday,” said Hank. “The opportunity to share news and thoughts with Jim and Margery, Michael Graham, Jay Severin, Michele McPhee and our other contributors is exciting and invigorating.”

A Medford native, Hank went to Medford High School and Boston University, is a history fanatic and loves the city of Boston and its surrounds. Hank played baseball at Boston University and is still in love with the Red Sox, is still faithful to the Boston Bruins and follows the national champion Boston University hockey team.

Hank has recently lost 125 pounds working out at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning in Winchester, MA. The food in the hallway is safe once again, now that Hank gives his colleagues a chance to enjoy it.

Hank and his wife Pam have two middle school daughters, two cats, two dogs, but no ark and live in Medford.. They drive a minivan loaded with antibacterial lotion, lots of soccer stuff and up to 10 pairs of girls sneakers, at any one time. Most of them are Converse Chuck Taylors. Hank is a well known master of ceremonies in the area and is involved in many charitable events.

A lover of great traditions, Hank is a member of the L Street Brownies, the oldest polar bear club in the United States. They swim in Boston Harbor every New Year’s Day. Hank’s two other favorite Boston tradtions are the Beanpot hockey tournament and Marathon Monday, Patriots Day.
