Today's New York Times says this about Scott Brown's arrival in the U.S. Senate: "CATACLYSMIC IMPACT ON THE OBAMA AGENDA"!
Just in case you doubt the nature and magnitude of the great good you have done in election Scott, there is your absolute proof.
And, though it requires us to commit a nauseating act (i.e. agreeing with the New York Times),
it isTrue: as predicted in this space, when at 5:12p Thursday Scott Brown was administered the oath (by the oaf), the Obama Agenda Ended; the Obama Presidency, in effect, Ended.
And did you hear Scott's post-ceremony press conference?
If it had been a fight, the ref would have stopped it.
Scott Brown slapped the local and national media lefties all over the room.
Lower taxes (slap!) Less Spending (slap!) Stimulus Created Zero Jobs (slap!) and, my personal favorite - "I am the 41st Senator" (slap! slap! slap!).
Now we take a day or two to savor what we've accomplished with your blood, sweat, toil, tears.
Then you know what? You strap on the gear and get ready to do it again (Nov 2), and again (2012).
Need to be rejuvenated? Consider this: in roughly 250 days, we go to the polls again - All Across America - and we may have the opportunity to beat TWO Kennedy's.
Does it get schweeeter?
